Be sure you have time set aside, uninterrupted to relax into this wonderful mediation!
A cord cutting meditation is one that can bring mindfulness as to where your energy is being pulled from you. This meditation will have you visualize yourself cutting cords to people, places, situations or things that are no longer serving you.
While in this beautiful state, you will get into this deep relaxing zone so you can let go and experience yourself healing these energetic pulls.
If you have any Rose Quartz or Selenite (wand is great) please bring to the meditation.
